The UWIBA Program begins for freshmen in the General Track and transitions to the Recruitment Track in their sophomore year; students are also able to directly apply to the Recruitment Track

Selected students complete the curriculum, which culminates in a case study

The second General Track recruitment season opens for first-year students

The Recruitment Track application season comes to an end, filling the cohort

Students complete all high-finance preparation and secure internship offers

Note: Second-year students can apply directly to the Recruitment Track if the General Track window is missed

General Track vs. Recruitment Track

Our program encourages students to join the General Track during the Fall Quarter of their first year and naturally progress into the Recruitment Track in their second year; this provides the foundation to excel in the recruitment process

General Track Overview

Program Description:

This is an introductory track that provides members the ability to explore careers in investment banking and high finance; members follow a curriculum that culminates in a case study and are given access to guides, seminars, and speaker events

This track is for students who are committed to pursuing a career in investment banking; this "boot camp" offers resources, connections, industry and club mentors, alongside weekly quizzes, mock interviews, and UWIBA-exclusive recruitment events with investment banks
