The Application Process
Our Recruitment Track application process is modeled after Investment banking industry standard, consisting of:
1
Written Application
Upload a resume and your transcript and answer some short prompts related to Investment Banking.
2
HireVue
A one-way video interview consisting of behavioral questions.
3
Superday
Three 20-minute interviews, consisting of two behavioral rounds and a case study presentation.
Eligibility
To be in line with banking recruiting cycles, the Recruitment Track application is open only to Sophomores in the Fall, and only Freshman in the Spring.

There are no restrictions regarding major or prior work experience, and we highly encourage UW Seattle students of all backgrounds to apply.
