Alex Andrei
Co-President
Alex is a third-year student at the Foster School of Business, concentrating in finance. He has prior experience in both Investment Banking and Private Equity, and will be joining Harris Williams in their San Francisco office this upcoming summer. Outside of Finance, Alex enjoys skiing and basketball.
Ned Chapman
Co-President
Ned is a third-year student pursuing a dual degree in Finance and Economics. He has experience working in Investment Banking and Tax Policy and will be joining Cain Brothers in their San Francisco office this upcoming summer. Ned enjoys baseball, skiing, and traveling.
Zachary Glenn
Director of Internal Affairs
Zach is a third-year student at the Foster School of Business, concentrating in finance. Initially interested in Consulting, he pivoted to Investment Banking because he prefers a more quantitative and detailed approach to his work. Zach also enjoys backpacking, tennis, and skiing.
Neha Kommareddy
Director of External Affairs
Neha is a second-year student studying Computational Finance and Risk Management. She previously interned at a micro-cap investment fund and will be joining JP Morgan’s M&A team in San Francisco this upcoming summer. In her free time, Neha enjoys playing chess and basketball.
Zane Godil
Director of Education
Zane is a junior at the University of Washington studying Mathematics and History. He has previous experience in consumer investment banking and private credit. He will be working this Winter in BMO’s Middle Market M&A team in Seattle. Zane spends his time playing golf, poker, and piano.
Bryce Duffin
Director of General Track
Bryce is a third-year student at the Foster School of Business, concentrating in Finance with a minor in Art History. He has worked in Strategy Finance and Private Equity and is joining Cain Brothers in San Francisco this summer. Bryce loves watching the Premier League (Arsenal), reading, and traveling.

Lukas Kremens
Faculty Advisor - Professor of Finance
Dr. Lukas Kremens is a Professor of Finance at the University of Washington, specializing in international finance, asset pricing, and sovereign debt. He began his career in equity, debt, and restructuring advisory at Rothschild, earned his PhD in Finance from LSE, and supports UWIBA's program.
Henry Robison
Advisor - Incoming Qatalyst Partners
Henry is a fourth-year student at the University of Washington studying Finance with a minor in Political Science. He also served as the past president of UWIBA and transitioned to an advisor role. He spent his summer with J.P. Morgan's M&A team and will join Qatalyst Partners as an analyst.
Connor White
Advisor - Goldman Sachs TMT
Connor graduated from the University of Washington with a degree in Finance and served as the prior President of UWIBA. He gained experience working at firms like Credit Suisse in their LA office and recently joined Goldman Sachs's TMT group as a full-time analyst after interning with the team.
