Recruiting Season
The first General Track recruitment season opens for first-year students
The second General Track recruitment season opens for first-year students
The Recruitment Track application season takes place, filling the cohort
Students go through the in-depth technical and behavioral curriculum
Students complete all high-finance preparation and secure internship offers
Note: Second-year students can apply directly to the Recruitment Track if the General Track window is missed
General Track vs. Recruitment Track
UWIBA begins in the Fall and Winter quarters of a student's first year in the General Track, naturally progressing into the Recruitment Track in their second year. This pathway provides the foundation for excelling in the recruitment process

Program Description:
This is an introductory track that provides students the ability to explore careers in investment banking and high finance; members follow a curriculum that culminates in a case study and are given access to guides, seminars, and speaker events
